About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Homecare Nurse to join our team at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to patients with cancer, delivering chemotherapy and other treatments in the comfort of their own homes or in our mobile units.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administer chemotherapy and other treatments to patients with cancer
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure patients are receiving the best possible care
  • Work closely with patients, families, and carers to provide emotional support and guidance
  • Travel extensively between patients, using your own vehicle and fuel card provided by the company
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and coordination

Requirements
  • Valid NMC PIN and a formal oncology qualification, SACT passport, or inhouse oncology training to administer systemic anti-cancer therapy
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel extensively between patients
  • Experience of administering all routes of anti-cancer therapy and cannulation and venepuncture competency
