What You'll Do:- Deliver clinical excellence in oncology homecare, working autonomously to provide quality 1 to 1 care to patients.
- Administer chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, line care, IM/SC injections, and more.
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and carers to achieve their goals and regain independence.
- Travel extensively between patients, utilizing your full UK driving license.
