Your role will involve working autonomously to deliver high-quality care to patients with complex conditions such as chemotherapy, IV antibiotics, and enzyme replacement therapy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering medication and treatments to patients in their own homes
- Providing wound care and management
- Conducting blood tests and toxicity assessments
- Delivering IV chemotherapy and oral chemotherapy
- Managing patient records and communicating with healthcare teams

To succeed in this role, you will need to be an experienced nurse with a valid NMC PIN, a formal Oncology qualification, SACT passport, or in-house Oncology training to administer SACT, cannulation, and venepuncture competency. You will also need to have a full UK driving license and be able to travel extensively between patients.
