Your new company is a leading Audit, Advisory and Tax firm in the UK, offering a unique chance to join their Global Team as a Senior Corporate Tax Manager based in the Midlands. This role involves working closely with local partners across tax, corporate finance, audit, and accounts, serving a diverse client base including OMB and quoted groups, local and national charities, and offering advisory work, compliance, and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Advise and structure acquisitions, due diligence work, R&D and capital allowance reviews
- Work closely with local partners to deliver tax advisory services
- Develop and implement tax strategies for clients
- Manage and lead tax teams to achieve business objectives
- ACA/CTA qualified with strong technical skills
- Experience in corporate tax advisory services
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
