This is an exciting chance to join Hays Senior Finance as a Senior Corporate Tax Manager based in the Midlands. As part of our Global Team, you will be working with local partners across tax, corporate finance, audit, and accounts to offer expertise to organisations across 100 countries.
Your New Role
You will work closely with our Midlands Tax team, advising and structuring acquisitions, due diligence work, R&D and capital allowance reviews for a diverse client base including OMB and quoted groups, local and national charities. Your role will involve business development initiatives, advisory work, and compliance services.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager who is ACA/CTA qualified with strong technical skills. You will be responsible for advising clients on tax matters, structuring acquisitions, and providing due diligence services.
