About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our team in the Midlands. As a key member of our Global Team, you will provide expert advice to organisations across 100 countries.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with local partners across tax, corporate finance, audit, and accounts to deliver advisory work, compliance, and business development initiatives.
- Advise and structure acquisitions, due diligence work, R&D and capital allowance reviews for a diverse client base.
- Contribute to the development of tax strategies and provide technical expertise to support business growth.

Requirements
- ACA/CTA qualified with strong technical skills and experience in corporate tax.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
