Teaching Assistant Position

Protocol Education is a leading education recruitment agency, dedicated to providing high-quality staffing solutions to schools and educational institutions. We are currently seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants in schools across Buckinghamshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in various subjects, promoting academic achievement and personal growth.
- Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities, ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt materials to meet their individual needs, fostering inclusivity and diversity.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social skills and emotional well-being.
- Supervise students during class and break times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to assess and monitor student progress, providing valuable insights and support.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a relevant qualification in education or child development is an advantage.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting, demonstrating a passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers, students, and parents.
- Patience and a genuine passion for supporting the educational development of students, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive school community.
