Kingswood is a leading provider of outdoor education programs, and we're seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Outdoor Adventure Instructor. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop your skills and expertise in delivering high-adrenaline outdoor activities, while also learning how to design and run your own sessions.

As an Apprentice Activity Leader, you'll have the chance to gain external National Governing body (NGB) qualifications, ensuring you're equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed in this field. You'll also be part of a fun and supportive team, with a family-like atmosphere that makes coming to work a pleasure.

Our L3 Activity Leader apprenticeship program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience, combining 80% practical training with 20% off-the-job learning. You'll have the opportunity to work with industry-leading training providers and enjoy a range of benefits, including a 500 sign-on bonus, free accommodation, and a competitive salary.

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in English and maths, with a minimum of a Level 3 GCSE or equivalent. If you're passionate about the outdoors and eager to develop your skills, we encourage you to apply.

As an Outdoor Adventure Instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering a range of activities, including:

  • Delivering high-adrenaline outdoor activities using specialist equipment
  • Designing and running your own sessions
  • Undertaking external NGB qualifications
  • Delivering entertainment sessions and providing fun experiences
  • Ensuring equipment and safety checks are conducted in line with company procedures
  • Supporting with centre projects
