Job Summary

We are seeking a Dealer Liaison Specialist to join our team in London, ON. This role will involve building strong relationships with dealerships throughout the US and ensuring their success through launch planning, product implementation, and training.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Have an in-depth understanding of product functionality and related services.
  • Conduct monthly KDM Meetings to review ROI, marketing settings, and discounts for dealerships.
  • Manage product implementation and deliver initial and ongoing training to dealers.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience in automotive retail.
  • Significant experience with CRM tools and comfort with technology.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, business and financial acumen.
