Role Description

This Swap Dealer Compliance Specialist role is responsible for providing expert guidance on regulatory compliance matters related to swap dealer activities. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of DFA Title VII, UK EMIR, and UK SFTR regulations and their application in the context of Société Générale's business operations.

About the Team

You will be part of our dedicated Compliance Service Unit, which plays a critical role in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements. Our team works closely with various departments to identify and mitigate risks, while promoting a culture of compliance throughout the organization.Responsibilities

  1. Act as a subject matter expert on DFA Title VII, UK EMIR, and UK SFTR regulations.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, support functions, and external authorities.
  3. Provide regular updates and reports on regulatory developments and changes.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of DFA Title VII, UK EMIR, and UK SFTR regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range

The salary range for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience.
