Join Our Academic Team: We are seeking an accomplished HE Programme Leader to lead our equine and canine academic team, develop our curriculum offer, and ensure high-quality student experiences. As a key member of our Academic Management Team, you will work closely with Programme Leaders for other subject specialisms to coordinate and manage effective and efficient curriculum delivery of Higher Education programmes.

Role Overview: The successful candidate will contribute to the achievement of our strategic plan, work with Senior Leaders to drive operational enhancements, teach undergraduate programmes, and lead a small team of academic staff. They will also contribute to improvement of KPIs, taking lead responsibility in specific areas of programme activity.

Requirements: A minimum Level 6 qualification in a related discipline, experience of teaching in Higher or Further education, and self-motivation with ability to motivate others are essential requirements for this role.

Salary Information: The salary range for this position is £35,665 - £40,926 per annum (L12-L16).
