Cyber Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team at South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Information Security and Governance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security, confidentiality, and integrity of our systems and data.
As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Information Security and Governance in the delivery of Information Security and Governance activities. This will include ensuring the Trust's compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, such as the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Freedom of Information Act.
Main Duties of the Job- Support the delivery of projects to achieve both CareCERT and Cyber Essentials accreditation for the Trust.
- Implement processes to ensure ongoing maintenance of this status and provide support in the day-to-day management of information security and governance service provision to all users.
- Assist in the ISG continuous improvement work stream within the Digital Directorate to improve the Trust's operational management of Information Security and Information Governance.
- Interpret complex legislation and regulations related to information governance and information security, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Develop, implement, and enforce suitable and relevant information security policies and procedures across the Trust.
