Youth Development Manager

Coram's Fields is seeking an experienced Youth Development Manager to lead our targeted work with girls and young women aged 9 to 19 years old.
Main Responsibilities:- To develop and deliver a programme that includes single gender sessions and one-to-one casework, focusing on the needs of girls and young women in the local community.
- To work closely with the Youth Programme Manager and Senior youth worker to expand and improve our open access Youth Programme, prioritizing accessibility for girls and young women.
- To collaborate with services across the organisation to promote inclusion, identify individuals who require targeted support, and develop projects that meet the evolving needs of girls and young women.
- To promote the programme to referral partners and reach out to marginalized groups of girls and young women.
Successful candidates will have experience working with young people, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to equality and diversity. They must also be able to demonstrate their ability to safeguard and protect the welfare of all children and young people.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £27,000 per annum, which is competitive for the London area. The role offers a range of benefits, including 26 days annual leave, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional development.
