About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Youth Development Manager to join our team in Tower Hamlets Council Pension Fund. As a key member of our Universal Safe Spaces team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Youth Support Workers-in-Charge, providing one-to-one supervision, delegation of responsibilities, and effective delivery of Universal Safe Space sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current developments and national policy drivers related to youth work, as well as excellent knowledge of safeguarding practices. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of £44,430 - £47,628 per annum, depending on experience.

We are looking for someone who can plan year-round programme plans in collaboration with Youth Support Workers-in-Charge and Volunteers, ensuring that plans are varied and informed by the NYA youth work curriculum. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that practice across the Universal Safe Spaces offer effectively achieves engagement with young people to facilitate their holistic personal, social, emotional, and educational development.
