The Role

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for live music and bar service, and a proactive approach to management. Our senior team members are involved in all aspects of the business, from closing shifts to training new staff. The successful candidate will be well-versed in health and safety, bar stock management, and WSET, and will receive their personal licence. We will provide opportunities for professional development and support to become a great leader.
