**Business Development Manager**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Prime Workforce Solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
