Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to service users, including assisting with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for service users.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
- Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the analysis of service user behaviours, adapting care accordingly.
- Update patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
About the Team
