We have an opening for a Quality Conformance Engineer within our team in the UK, working closely with the Airbus Quality Development Programmes & Major Industrial Projects team.

Salary Range:£65,000 - £85,000 per year

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in Project Management, APQP application, Quality standards, Industrial System Development, and Operational Quality Management. Key responsibilities include leading and driving the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by:

  • Setting measurement standards
  • Identifying/facilitating improvements to increase process performance and product adherence to standards
  • Ensuring reliability and repeatability of processes
About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality industrialization of Major Mods, STEP Mods, Incremental Developments, Full Developments, and Major Industrial Transfers
  • Guarantee focus on Production Organisation Approvals (POA) activities for high-level Product Safety
  • Contribute quality insights to all reviews, including risk, multi-function, planning, and stakeholder reviews
