Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Support Manager to join our team in the North West region. As a key member of our project management team, you will assist in the delivery of high-quality projects while promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet the required standards and regulations, maintaining a high level of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Safety Culture: Promote a strong safety culture within the team, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring open and transparent communication throughout the project.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in construction, preferably in water-related projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, including all Microsoft suite applications.
  • Knowledge of water industry standards, regulations, and best practices in the UK.
