As a Graduate Project Manager at Ramboll, you will play a key role in delivering construction projects across the UK and overseas.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our project management team and contribute to the delivery of sustainable and responsible projects. You will work closely with experienced project managers to assist with the delivery of various construction projects in the public and private sectors.

Example projects that our team is involved with include a power station in the Falkland Islands, housing projects in Cyprus, and a fuel storage facility in Singapore. As a graduate project manager, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ensuring no two days are the same.

Your Skills and Experience
  • A BEng, MEng or MSc level degree in building/civil engineering or a related discipline or construction/project management is required.
  • You must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years for security vetting purposes.
  • A basic understanding of health and safety legislation, including CDM Regulations, is essential.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills are necessary to write high-quality reports.

We also value personal qualities such as good communication skills, flexibility, adaptability, a growth mindset, positive attitude, proactivity, willingness to learn, curiosity, enthusiasm, and reliability.

The estimated salary for this position is around £35,000-£40,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include hybrid and flexible working, 27 days holiday per year, professional subscription, and a range of employee benefits.
