Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Engineer to support our clients in resolving Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity challenges. This role involves simplifying technical concepts into clear, actionable advice and providing the necessary support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead IAM project initiatives from start to finish, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement IAM strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans across multiple IAM domains, leveraging expertise in IAM controls and best practices.
  • Provide expert knowledge on IAM tools and their integration with client IT systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and outcomes, and establishing strong relationships.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in gathering IAM requirements, developing strategies, and designing IAM solutions, with a proven track record in managing and executing IAM projects successfully.
  • Practical experience with IAM tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint, and Microsoft Entra ID, with a strong understanding of IAM controls and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze large-scale user data, derive insights, and create effective solutions, with exceptional communication skills and the capability to establish strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Eligibility for SC clearance, with experience in a client-facing consulting role and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • CyberArk Certified, with a strong understanding of IAM tools and their integration with client IT systems.
