KPMG's Connected Technology function is a cornerstone of our business, supporting technical innovation and adoption of cutting-edge solutions across the UK. As a Cyber Security IAM Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work to clients in the IAM domain, involved in a wide range of challenging engagements, from IAM strategy definition and IAM control reviews, to large-scale IAM transformations.

Our clients are under increasing regulatory scrutiny, battling a rapidly changing cyber threat while harnessing the opportunities offered by digital services. As an Assistant Manager, you will support on challenging and complex engagements, understanding business issues and translating IAM and cyber security issues into straightforward, credible, jargon-free advice to our clients, and delivering the support they require.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IAM project work-streams from inception through to final delivery.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on IAM controls.
  • Develop strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans for multiple IAM domains.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of IAM requirements gathering, strategy, and design development.
  • Proven experience of managing and delivering aspects of IAM projects.
  • Experience of implementing one or more of the following IAM solutions: Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTrust, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Ability to interpret enterprise-scale user data, generate insights, and construct solutions.
  • Good communicator with the ability to build strong and lasting internal and client relationships.
  • Eligibility for SC clearance.

Desirable Skills:

  • Prior client-facing consulting experience.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills; Visio and SQL skills desirable but not essential.
