The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team at ASOS is constantly evolving and improving the way our employees get access to data and systems. We're looking for a talented IAM Engineer to join our team and contribute to this effort.

As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for managing key operational processes to secure corporate identities and the ASOS Identity Repositories, primarily Microsoft Active Directory Services. This includes implementing Multifactor Authentication, User Access Reviews, and Re-certification.

Additionally, you will provide governance to protect corporate identities and secure access to ASOS systems as per industry best practices and standards. You will also design and implement Power BI dashboards to monitor and report on User Life Cycle Management and other identity and access related KPIs.

Responsibilities include creating Workflow Orchestration/scripts/run books for improving User Life Cycle Management, auto provisioning and de-provisioning, including assignments of Role Base Access. You will also action IAM related tickets that are raised on the Service Now portal, primarily related to Microsoft Active Directory Services and access in Azure.

As a key point of contact for IAM related issues through escalation as part of security incidents, you will work closely with the Identity and Access Management team to ensure the smooth operation of our IAM systems.

Key qualifications for this role include competency in computing and networks, as well as in cyber-security, with relevant work experience, a degree, or industry relevant certification. You should have experience working with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Entra ID, and Privileged Identity Management. Additionally, coding skills in PowerShell and the use of Azure DevOps and GitHub are required.

Broad infrastructure knowledge around network, storage, and security is also necessary. Analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate, share, and learn by doing. Strong communication and presentation skills are also required.
