Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Editor to join our team at Premier League Productions. As a key member of our post-production team, you will be responsible for driving technical transformations and shaping the future of our editing landscape.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest editorial technologies and digital media trends. They will be responsible for cultivating an inclusive culture where team members feel valued and empowered, and for designing and implementing training plans for individuals with different levels of experience.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Cultivate an inclusive culture where all team members feel valued and empowered.
  • Design and implement training plans for individuals with different levels of experience.
  • Work with the Head of Tech Ops & Innovation to research and test new technologies and workflows.
  • Champion the adoption of new digital platforms and solutions.

Requirements and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in post-production editing.
  • Proficiency in Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of the latest editorial technologies and digital media trends.
  • Ability to drive innovation and manage change effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
