About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Editor to join our team at Premier League Productions. As a key member of our post-production operation, you will be responsible for leading our team of editors and driving innovative technical transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate an inclusive culture where all team members feel valued and empowered.
- Design and implement training plans for individuals with different levels of experience and requirement.
- Manage our large freelance editor pool.
- Drive creatively within the content we produce.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in post-production editing and extensive knowledge of the freelance market.
- Proficiency in Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of the latest editorial technologies and digital media trends.
- Ability to drive innovation and manage change effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
