Editorial Visionary

The Editorial Visionary will lead our post-production team in driving innovative technical transformations and shaping the future of our editing landscape.

This role requires a dynamic and forward-thinking individual who is passionate about fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing training plans for individuals with different levels of experience and requirement.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Cultivate an inclusive culture where all team members feel valued and empowered.
• Manage our large freelance editor pool and drive creatively within the content we produce.
• Work with the Head of Tech Ops & Innovation to research & test new tech and workflows across our edit platforms.
• Lead the integration of cutting-edge technologies and tools to streamline edit workflows, enhance content delivery, and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements/Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in post-production editing and extensive knowledge of the freelance market.
• Proficiency in Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere pro, after Effects and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of the latest editorial technologies and digital media trends.
• Ability to drive innovation and manage change effectively with a proven experience of implementing new workflows & technology.
