We are currently seeking a qualified Care Assistant to join our team in Lincoln and South Lincolnshire. As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you will be responsible for providing personal care duties, administering medication, and promoting customer health and well-being.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing care and making a positive difference in people's lives. If you have a caring and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £13 per hour, consistent shifts, mileage paid at 30p per mile, and 28 days paid annual leave pro rata. We also offer induction training, a 12-week mentorship, ongoing training and support, opportunities for qualifications, and access to NVQ in Health and Social Care.
