Business Expansion Manager

As a Business Expansion Manager with Landers Recruitment, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion in the care sector. With a strong background in field sales, preferably in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Medical, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
You will work closely with care home managers, finance directors, CEOs, COOs, and owners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your key performance indicators will include increasing sales turnover by £45M and managing a territory worth £3M.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
The compensation package includes a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum + commission structure + company car + generous holiday allowance + pension + blue-chip benefits + company shares.
