Supporting Specialist Resource Provision

We are seeking a dedicated and supportive teaching assistant to join our specialist resource provision for autistic children. This is a term-time position, covering 38 weeks of the year, with 37 hours worked per week.
About the Role- Support children with their learning, both within the specialist resource provision and in mainstream classes.
- Deliver targeted interventions and programmes, such as speech and language therapy or occupational therapy.
- Monitor children's progress towards their set targets.
This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with children, parents, and teachers to ensure the best possible outcomes for all students.
Key ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will be able to:
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualised education plans.
- Provide support to children during lessons, ensuring they have access to the resources and assistance they need.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
