Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced teaching assistant to join our specialist resource provision for autistic children.
About the Position- Support children with their learning and personal development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement tailored educational plans.
- Contribute to creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing one-to-one support to children with additional needs.
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery.
- Monitoring children's progress and contributing to the development of individualised education plans.
The estimated salary for this position is £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
