Facilities Management Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled Facilities Management Technician to join our client's mobile team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing multiple sites and a strong understanding of HVAC systems.
The role involves performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to HVAC plant, including Reactive Maintenance and extra works/emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements on Mechanical Services.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure all works are delivered in line with legislation and contractual obligations
- Utilise CAFM/PDA technology for real-time job updates and provide detailed reports
- Respond to call outs and cover breakdowns and emergencies associated with mechanical services aspects of the contract
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Heating & Air Conditioning Systems
- Previous FM experience managing multiple sites
- Strong Mechanical & HVAC Experience
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
