Job Description:
We are seeking an Inclusive Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Future Education in Wandsworth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN in various subjects
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans and EHCP's
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and well-being
- Assist students with daily tasks and personal care as needed
- Develop and implement behavior management strategies to promote positive student behavior
- Offer emotional and pastoral support to help students build confidence and self-esteem
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents
- Utilize assistive technology and adaptive resources to enhance the learning experience for students with SEN
