Join Our Team as a Learning Support and Inclusion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to support students with complex needs in our dynamic secondary school setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to begin their careers, particularly those interested in pursuing roles such as Therapist, Counsellor, or Youth Mentor.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

As a Learning Support and Inclusion Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEN in the classroom and in smaller groups.
  • Encouraging social skills development and promoting student engagement.
  • Complying with safeguarding procedures and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Collaborating with teachers and specialists to develop individualized support plans.
