Engineering Resource Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Resource Coordinator to join our Highways Team working on the Norfolk Highways project. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal utilisation of company resources, supporting the Operations, and Programme and Resource Manager.
Main Responsibilities- Work strategically on the works programme and contractors resource planning and application.
- Liaise with Agents and Supervisors to identify and effectively manage allocation of operational resources.
- Support the Programme and Resource Manager in all aspects of scheme identification, development, and planning.
- Manage the allocation of resources, including internal, supply chain, and agency personnel.
- Effective planning and programming of the works.
- Assist Contracts Managers in the delivery of workstreams.
- Support the management of the programmes and contractors resource plan.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in a people scheduling or resource planning environment, commercial and contractual awareness, and IT literacy in Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
