Engineering Resource Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Resource Coordinator to join our Highways Team at Tarmac Trading. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of schemes associated with the additional funding received annually by Norfolk Council.

The successful candidate will work strategically on the works programme and contractors resource planning and application, ensuring optimal utilisation of company resources. This will involve supporting the Operations and Programme and Resource Manager in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the allocation of resources to meet project deadlines
  • Developing and implementing resource planning strategies to maximise efficiency
  • Collaborating with the Operations and Programme and Resource Manager to ensure effective project delivery
  • Providing support to the Highways Team in the delivery of schemes
