Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Quality Assurance to join our team at Atos SE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our testing activities and ensuring the highest quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement testing strategies and plans to ensure the quality of our products and services.
  2. Lead a team of quality assurance specialists to ensure the effective execution of testing activities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain testing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Identify and report on testing trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and implement training programs for quality assurance specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that testing activities are aligned with business objectives.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that testing activities are aligned with their needs and expectations.
  9. Identify and mitigate testing risks to ensure that testing activities are delivered on time and within budget.
  10. Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of testing activities.
