About the Role:

Fitch Learning is seeking a Head of Quality (Apprenticeships) to lead our quality assurance division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our processes for delivering apprenticeship provision to learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Ofsted inspection process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and continuously improve Quality Frameworks within the organization to drive success.
  • Coach and motivate a team of quality specialists and Skills Coaches to ensure robust CPD and development activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ESFA funding rules and implement the required evidence standards.
  • Ensure all necessary policies are current to enable Fitch Learning to meet its regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in leading Quality Assurance divisions with a deep understanding of quality assessment models.
  • Teaching degree and experience in fostering a culture of quality in the Apprenticeship sector.
  • Ofsted nominee experience and strong influencing abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in deploying strategies and excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
