About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our Quality & Academic Standards Team in delivering the School's quality assurance, enhancement, and academic standards objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the review and development of the School's academic regulations, procedures, and processes.
  • Provide advice and guidance on quality assurance and academic standards to the Academic Community.
  • Coordinate internal and external reviews, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality enhancement strategies to improve student experience and academic outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of leading quality assurance and enhancement activities in the Higher Education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in quality assurance, academic standards, or a related field.
