Key Responsibilities:
- Implement action plans to ensure high-quality care and service delivery
- Lead by example and monitor standards through regular audits and clinical practice
- Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals and improve resident outcomes
- Support newly qualified nurses through preceptorship and mentorship

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Previous experience of working within a nursing home setting is essential, and evidence of continual professional development is also required.
