Job Title: MEL Portfolio Lead

We are looking for an experienced MEL Portfolio Lead to join our team at Chemonics UK. As MEL Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing MEL strategies and approaches for our portfolio of programs.

About the Role

The MEL Portfolio Lead will work closely with our teams in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America to develop and implement MEL strategies and approaches for our portfolio of programs. You will also be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement MEL strategies and approaches for our portfolio of programs.
  • Work closely with our teams in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America to develop and implement MEL strategies and approaches.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of projects and programs.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as monitoring and evaluation, statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality MEL programs and projects.
  • Strong understanding of MEL principles, theories, and methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.
