About the Role:
Glen Callum Associates is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, managing key growth accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and run your own diary.
- Maintain and increase sales within your assigned region.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set for your area and team.
- Build and expand customer base through relationship building and development.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Be the main contact between customers and internal departments.
- Resolve customer issues and handle complaints to build trust and customer loyalty.
- Analyse customer purchasing data to identify future business opportunities.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales professional who has a proven track record of maintaining and growing customer accounts, delivering sustainable sales growth, and developing new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
