Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning Environment Facilitator to cover maternity leave in our Paediatric Critical Care Unit.

This role involves working collaboratively with the Education Team, Clinical Nurse Manager, and Senior Charge Nurses to enhance the quality of the learning environment and provide educational input and development activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordinating and facilitating educational needs and resources
  • Motivating staff to provide high standards of clinical education
  • Acting as a role model and promoting equality and diversity

The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 per annum based on location and experience.
