Job Summary

As a Kitchen Team Leader at Greene King, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our kitchens, supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food that meets customer expectations and adheres to our standards.
  2. Maintain excellent hygiene levels and safety protocols in the kitchen, guaranteeing the well-being of your team and visitors.
  3. Deputise for management, resolve issues, and coordinate the team during peak services.
  4. Motivate and support your team to work effectively together, adapting to challenges as they arise.
