About the Role

Kerry Group plc is seeking a talented Senior Brand Manager to join the team and play a key role in setting up a new brand for future success. The successful candidate will be joining at the very start of our journey and will be responsible for launching and landing a new dairy brand into the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working in conjunction with the Marketing Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the new brand.
  • Collaborating with Agency Partners to unlock the brand potential through 360° communications channels.
  • Leading elements of the Integrated Marketing Communications - Digital & Social lead.
  • Developing and executing shopper marketing & activation plans, including sampling.
  • Leading the Brand renovation agenda, optimizing existing products & packaging across cheese, butter & milk.
  • Brand lead for artwork production/repro/printing.
  • Key brand liaison with the sales & field sales team.
  • Project managing specific innovations.
  • Supporting the forward-looking innovation pipeline in conjunction with the Branded Innovation Team.
  • Tracking & evaluating in-market performance & identifying opportunities to accelerate and optimize.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in Brand Marketing roles.
  • FMCG background & experience (preferable Food / Beverage).
  • Experience & knowledge of artwork & repro processes.
  • Track record of successful creative development & leading Inter Agency Teams.
  • Social & Digital capability & evidence of how driven Brand growth / objectives & performance.
  • Able to influence, build effective relationships & manage at senior levels within & outside the organization.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Confident to own relationships & decision making & work autonomously as needed.
  • Desirable - experience & successful track record of launching a New Brand / Start-up.
