Cluster People & Culture Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster People & Culture Manager to join our team at The Elvetham Hotel. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and confidential People & Culture support, contributing to our business goals while developing and maintaining positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding processes.
  • Manage a performance management system and process.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Manage employee sick leave, holiday, and personal time off.
  • Manage monthly payroll and ensure labour costs are in line with budget.
  • Support management in performance and succession planning.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in HR and recruitment is required.
  • Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, managers, and colleagues.
