About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Luxury Beauty Advisor to join our team at Esté Lauder. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while showcasing our market-leading products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling and demonstrating our premium beauty products to customers
  • Providing personalized consultations and recommendations to customers
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and their features
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store visual merchandising

Requirements:

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry or previous retail experience
  • Possesses a passion for people and providing exceptional customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality with excellent communication skills
  • Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs to best cater to them
  • Flexible availability across days/hours with a focus on achieving work-life balance
