Estee Lauder Retail Beauty Advisor

Job Summary:

As a Retail Beauty Advisor for Estee Lauder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting customers with their beauty needs, and promoting our products to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized shopping experience for our clients
  • Assist customers with their beauty needs and provide product recommendations
  • Promote Estee Lauder products and drive sales
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and trends

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Product knowledge and passion for beauty
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
