The Job
This SEN Teacher role requires a qualified teacher with experience working with children with autism and other special needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Learning: To plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Student Support: To provide individualized support to students with autism and other special needs.
- Therapy Integration: To collaborate with the therapy team to ensure a seamless integration of therapies into the curriculum.
- Progress Monitoring: To track student progress and adjust educational plans accordingly.
What We Offer:
- A salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience.
