We are looking for a Lead Practitioner in Fostering to join our client's team in the North West of England. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting foster carers and delivering ongoing training to ensure the best possible outcomes for children in care.

About the Role

The Supervising Social Worker will hold a caseload of around 10-13 foster families located in the Liverpool and Wirral areas. You will provide support and supervision to the foster carers and deliver ongoing training.

Salary and Benefits:

We are offering a competitive salary up to £40,000 per annum, a £1,200 car allowance, and a range of additional benefits including flexible working hours, birthday leave, health and wellbeing day, and festive shopping day.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Social Worker
  • Experience in fostering or Looked After Children Team
  • Social Work Degree
  • Driving license
