**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Systemic Practitioner Lead to join our team at Sunflower House, a specialist inpatient unit for children aged 5-13 with complex mental health needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in family and systemic psychotherapy, accredited by UKCP, and at least five years of experience in working with families and children. They will also possess excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide leadership and supervision to our multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standard
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
**Requirements**
  • Postgraduate qualification in family and systemic psychotherapy, accredited by UKCP
  • At least five years of experience in working with families and children
  • Proven track record of leadership and management
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
